Texol Lubritech is the overseas joint venture of Gandhar Oil Refinery India Ltd (GORIL), a 30-year-old group specialized in oil and petroleum products. GORIL operates two manufacturing plants in Taloja, Maharashtra, and Silvassa (Union Territory) on the border of Gujarat, India. In 2017, Texol became the group's third plant, situated in Hamriyah Free Zone, UAE, dedicated to producing a diverse range of specialty oils and lubricants under the brand name “TEXOL”. This product line encompasses high-performance Industrial & Automotive Lubricants and Greases, including Transformer Oils and Steam Cylinder Oils. Additionally, Texol manufactures Transformer Parts, Rubber Process Oils, White Oils, Heavy & Light Liquid Paraffin, and Petroleum Jelly. TEXOL reaches a global market through an extensive network of exclusive agents in each country.
